My career began with the Urban League of Greater Madison IT Program, where I built a solid foundation in technology. This led to an internship at the University of Wisconsin DoIT, where I honed my skills as an IS Technical Service Professional. Committed to continuous learning, I earned certifications in AWS Cloud Practitioner and ITIL Foundation, equipping me with expertise in cloud computing and IT service management. My technical journey expanded when I completed the YWeb Program, gaining proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Bootstrap, and later enrolled at Madison College to further my studies in Software Engineering and Web Design currently learning LAMP stack.
