No Refund Policy

At Christina Marie Bankhead LLC, we are dedicated to delivering high-quality web design services and ensuring client satisfaction. Due to the significant time, effort, and resources invested in our projects and consultations, we have a strict no refund policy. 

 Full payment or 50% of total cost must be deposited before work starts and is also non refundable because of prep work and resources that has began to ensure quality delivery of services. The remaining balance is due immediately or per terms identified and outlined in the  proposal or contract agreement.

Customer/Client is 100% responsible for all subscription cancellations.

We are unable to offer refunds. This policy is in place because the resources, skill  and time allocated to your project cannot be recovered, redirected or transferable.
